1. Eligibility for Returns
As we deal in bulk agricultural products, returns are accepted only under the following conditions:
The delivered consignment is significantly damaged or spoiled upon arrival.
The quality or specifications of the consignment do not match the mutually agreed purchase terms (size, weight, variety, etc.).
Delivery of incorrect quantity or wrong product type.
Returns must be requested within 24 hours of delivery. Any complaints raised after this window may not be eligible for return or refund.
2. How to Request a Return
To initiate a return:

Provide:
Invoice number
Photos/videos of the product condition
Reason for return
Our quality assurance team will verify the issue before approving the return.
3. Refund Process
Once the return is approved:
You will receive a credit note or refund to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
For eligible clients, replacement stock can also be dispatched immediately (subject to availability).
4. Non-Returnable Products
Products that have been tampered with, partially used, or stored improperly after delivery.
Consignments returned without prior approval.
Delays caused due to logistics partners, weather conditions, or force majeure events.
5. Cancellation Policy
Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch. Once shipped, the order cannot be cancelled unless eligible for return under the criteria listed above.
